FAQ's

Below you'll find a list of our FAQ's. Should they still not answer your question, please send a message or a mail, we may even add it here.

How does the system work?

You start by purchasing the wall mount pair to create a single tier set up and then add the additional central wall mount to create 2, 3, 4.... as many tier setups as you wish.

From here you add your units, each item is sold individually which enables you to completely customize your setup.

The units themselves work on a cantilever system which means that they can be adjusted in one quick, easy movement. No need to unscrew or disassemble anything.

What if the finish I want is not on the site?

We are always happy to create something that is unique to you in a finish of your choice. Just send us a message with the details and we can talk further.

Should you purchase a customized unit we will be unable to refund you 100% should you decide it is not for you.

What if I decide the units are not for me?

We know that you will love the Forma system, but should you decide, within seven days, that it is not for you then you can arrange for a return and a 100% refund providing the goods are in a re-saleable condition.

Do you offer any guarantee?

We will offer a 2 year guarantee on workmanship of the product (not installation) providing you have followed our user instructions. Get in touch and we will arrange to have the pat swapped out.

Unfortunate general wear and tear we will not swap out.

I ordered more shelves then I realized I need, can I return them?

Yes of course. Just get in touch and we can arrange a delivery. Once the unit has been returned, and is in the same condition as when it was made, we will transfer your money.

Do I need to do a DIY installation?

You would need to screw the wall mounts to the wall but we provide you with all the guidance, screws and fixtures to do so.

Each of the units slot together, so no need for any fixings there.

And if you don't have the tools or the knowledge to do it yourself  that's no problem. You could always hire the tools and give it a go yourself, learning a new skill or you can find a handyman in your area using websites like - www.handymandirect.co.za

And remember, we are always happy to help talk you through anything you don't understand
